What food intolerances are there?

Nut intolerance

Shellfish intolerance

If you have an intolerance to seafood, it is very important to avoid these products. The reaction of this type of intolerance can be very severe. Fortunately, products containing these animals are often recognizable, but be careful with certain soups and crackers.
